All of us at Myst Beauty Bar & Med Spa value our Myst Babes’ time and ask for the same in return. We understand that emergencies can happen, but we ask that you please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Thank you for your understanding.

No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes to scheduled appointments. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged a non-refundable 50% of the scheduled service fee.

Effective immediately, a $50 non-refundable deposit will be required to book and reserve all appointments and/or a credit card placed on file.

“No Show” shall mean any patient who fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment. “Late Cancellation” shall mean any patient who cancels an appointment less than 48 hours before their appointment. “Late Arrival” shall mean any patient who arrives at the clinic 15 minutes after the expected arrival time for the scheduled appointment.
